FOOD PAIRINGS
A perfect accompaniment with spicy foods and Asian cuisine. We recently paired it with Chicken Tikki Masala, a tomato and cream based sauce with chunks of chicken, for our January “Sips and Soups” event and it was a hit. Also pairs weil with meat dishes including baked ham, grilled pork chops, chicken, fish or sushi. Cheeses including Cheshire, Edan, Gouda, Colby, or Monterrey Jack. Roasted vegetables and veggies with natural sweetness including Coconut, Red Onion, Bell Pepper, Eggplant, Squash and Carrots.
